Domestic Shipping Information
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order submission, excluding custom products. Priority shipping orders are processed within 36 hours of receipt, not including weekends or holidays.
Transit Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows (weather and holiday delays may apply):

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days within the contiguous U.S. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer.
Shipping Notifications
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. While we guarantee prompt shipment from our facility, we are not responsible for delays or lost deliveries after the package is handed off to the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Notification: You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your notebook to request a return authorization.

Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund (minus the restocking fee) to the original form of payment.
Please note: Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or subject to additional fees.
